The waitlist agreement.

1. What this is

This page is the agreement between you and Viani for the use of the waitlist. By submitting your email and confirming via the link we sent, you agree to what’s below. If you don’t agree, please don’t join the waitlist.

2. What Viani is right now

Viani is a forthcoming SaaS for Etsy seller listing optimization. As of the date above, the product is not live. The waitlist is a non-binding indication of interest. There is no payment, no service obligation, and no commercial relationship pre-launch.

3. What we promise on the waitlist

To email you exactly one confirmation link after you submit.
To email you exactly one welcome email after you confirm.
To email you the moment Viani opens for early access. After that, future emails about the product follow whatever you sign up for inside the app.
To delete your data on request, within 30 days, no questions asked.

We do not promise a launch date, ranking, results, or any specific feature. The product as described on this site reflects current intent, not a commitment.

4. Your responsibilities

Use a real email address you control.
Don’t submit other people’s emails.
Don’t try to abuse the form (Turnstile + rate limiting will block you).

5. Limitation of liability

Viani provides this waitlist site “as is”. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or from any delay in launching the product. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. EU consumer rights are preserved regardless. Disputes that can’t be resolved by writing to support@viani.app go to the competent courts under EU consumer law.

7. Changes

If we change these terms materially, we’ll email everyone on the waitlist before the change takes effect.
